Experience – Mindi (1987) and Irwin (1992) bring you many years of full time real estate experience. In their careers, they have seen it all and know the right way to handle any situation. They have both had other successful careers in the past. Irwin has managed several retail store locations for a local Ottawa grocery chain and owned his own retail business. Mindi has been an assistant to two Members of Parliament and has been a legal secretary in a large well-known Ottawa firm.

Irwin has volunteered his time to help make the real estate industry in Ottawa one of the best and well respected in the country. Roots – “We have lived in Ottawa since 1974 and in the Barrhaven / Stonebridge neighbourhood since 1989. When Mindi started her real estate career in 1987, the first neighbourhood she cultivated was a small bedroom community with four or five small strip shopping malls, four schools and almost no restaurants or major shopping. But it was a safe and an upcoming community. We fell in love with it and moved our young family, our two daughters Robin, then seven years old and Leah, then two, into their new home.”
Community – That was Barrhaven / Stonebridge back then. We have watched this community explode with activity. Today, with a population of approximately 100,000, you can have anything from fast food hamburgers to fine dining Italian food. There is shopping galore and the plans for the future are wonderful. There are bountiful medical services including walk-in clinics, dentists, eye specialists and more. And schools! You’ll find full French schools, Separate Board, Public Board, elementary, middle and high schools.
Surrounding Areas – We are by no way limited to the Barrhaven / Stonebridge area. With such vast experience we have listed homes and helped buyers buy homes throughout the Ottawa area. Kanata, Orleans, Richmond, Kemptville, Greely and as far away as Castleman, Arnprior and Almonte. These are some of the areas we have developed a good understanding and knowledge of.
