Letter of Recommendation for Mindi and Irwin Hartman

This is the second time we have worked with Mindi and Irwin to sell our home and purchase a new one. The house we were selling was about 25 years old and in need of renovation. We worked with Mindi for about 2 years before this house was ready to go to market to make sure the renovations we planned offered our best return on investment. Her advice was very helpful from both the big picture – what parts of the home to focus our budget on – to the details – how to best showcase the renovations.

Once the house was ready to be put up for sale Mindi was able to generate a lot of traffic very quickly. Selling a home is very disruptive to the family routine and one of our key objectives was to minimize the duration of this disruption. We were able to sell the house within a couple of weeks as a result of her efforts.

We did encounter a problem with the pre-purchase inspection. Irwin took command of the problem, late on a Friday evening, and had it under control in very short order. Without his calm, focused approach to the issue I think the deal may have been in jeopardy, but with his assistance the issue was resolved promptly and professionally.

We would recommend dealing with Mindi and Irwin without hesitation and will use them the next time we buy a new home.
